TSPECET 2017 Notification, Eligibility, Fee, Exam Date

Telangana State Physical Education Common Entrance Test – 2017 (TSPECET-2017) will be conducted by Mahatma Gandhi University, Nalgonda for admission into the B.P.Ed & D.P.Ed courses offered by the Universities and affiliated colleges in Telangana State for the academic year 2017-18. Eligible candidates may submit their applications through ONLINE MODE only @ www.pecet.tsche.ac.in. Eligibility Conditions, Examination Fee, Date of Exam and etc is furnished below.



Registration fee (Application processing fee) is Rs.700/- and for SC/ST candidates Rs.400/- only

B.P.Ed. (Two Years): Candidates should have appeared third-year degree final examination or passed three years degree recognised by any university in Telangana or any other university recognised as equivalent thereto and should have completed 19 years of age on 01.07.2017. However, the candidate has to submit the pass certificate at the time of counselling.

D.P.Ed. (2 years): Candidates should have appeared or passed Intermediate or equivalent course recognised by the Government of Telangana State and should have completed 16 years of age on 01.07.2017. However, the candidate has to submit the pass certificate at the time of counselling.

The in-service Physical Education Teachers (P.E.Ts) seeking admission into B.P.Ed. (Two years) Course or D.P.Ed. (2 Years) Course need not appear for any Entrance Test conducted by TSPECET Convener. They have to apply directly to the Director of School Education, Hyderabad through their respective D.E.O.s through proper channel as per their notification.


The Test comprises of two parts viz. Physical Efficiency Test and Skill Test in Game

The Candidate has to choose either High Jump or Long Jump. Candidate has to mention option in the application. Changing of the option at the time of test is not permitted.

The skills of the candidate shall be tested in any one of the following games opted by the candidate:
